Requirements

We’re looking for a high-energy, enthusiastic leader to oversee retail operations, manage inventory control and monthly reporting, drive sales of merchandise like rackets, shoes, and new brands, lead social media marketing efforts, provide front desk support, and mentor team members. 


 

Key Responsibilities:

•  Excel in inventory management, merchandising, and achieving sales targets to boost club revenue.

•  Create engaging social media content to promote products and events.

•  Train and guide staff, fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

•  Ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

•  Manage front desk staff scheduling to maintain optimal coverage and smooth daily operations.

•  Oversee member satisfaction management, including handling feedback, resolving service issues, and delivering high-quality member experiences.

  • Previous recreational retail and management experience required.
