Position Summary
We’re looking for a Digital Banking Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail and small business digital banking services. This role oversees key services such as online and mobile banking, mobile deposit, digital payments, e-Statements, and treasury management services—ensuring customers have a reliable, secure, and user-friendly digital experience.
In this role, you’ll manage a team responsible for supporting digital banking operations, resolving complex customer and operational issues, and continuously improving the services we provide.

Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities listed below represent the primary duties of this position. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Lead day-to-day operations of retail and small business digital banking
Manage and develop a team, including hiring, coaching, training, and performance management
Serve as a subject matter expert for digital banking products and services
Interact with customers regarding digital banking, including managing escalated customer service issues
Investigate and resolve complex customer, operational or vendor-related issues
Collaborate with product management and other internal teams to implement new digital products, services, and system upgrades
Ensure all department goals are met through planning, workload management and task tracking.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and operational guidelines while ensuring regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, digital banking, or related field and at least one year of management experience
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Knowledge of digital banking platforms, payment systems, and banking regulations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Ability to lead a team, manage projects, and collaborate across departments
