What You’ll Do
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident medical records
Respond to medical records requests in a timely and professional manner
Follow all documentation and record-keeping policies, including vitals
Understand and practice proper infection control procedures
Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
What You Bring
Medical Records experience in a long-term care setting (preferred)
ART certification (preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skills
A service-minded approach with a desire to keep learning
A positive, can-do attitude with dependable attendance
