The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction. This role is responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting customer relationships, overseeing account management activities, and negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profitability. The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and maintaining high standards of client engagement within the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities

Proven experience in account management or a related client-facing role.
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within the EMEA region.
Familiarity with industry-specific account management practices.
Demonstrated success in maximizing account profitability.
Multilingual abilities relevant to the EMEA market.
