part manually and secures part in fixture or loads automatic feeding device.

Starts
machine, engages feed, and observes operation.

Inspects and
measures formed parts to verify conformance to specifications.

Moves machine
controls and guides to adjust machine.

Replaces worn
machine accessories such as cutting tools.

Sands and
scribes formed parts.

Cleans formed
parts.

Demonstrates
robot and system manipulation, functioning and required reporting to new Robot
Tenders and Finishers.

Performs
programming of new models on workcells.

Tends machines
and equipment other than the robot (thermoformer - grinder).

Manually
finishes formed parts when robot is not in operation using air powered hand
tools (router - drill - sander).

Operates rotary
thermoformer in the absence of an operator (vacation, call-in, meetings).

Read and
interprets production information (blueprints, packaging instructions, product
specifications).

Enter and
retrieve production information utilizing BPCS computer system.

Performs
troubleshooting procedures on robotic system problems (mechanical, electrical
I/O, and PLC I/O troubleshooting).

Assist
maintenance with minor equipment repairs.

Cleans and
organizes entire work cell.

Assists in
organizing the workcell structure and the maintenance of them (component
placements, sequence of operations, etc.).

Attend shift
and machine meetings.

Communicate
with the CNC Coordinator on ongoing projects.

Communicate
with the Supervisors and Group Leaders on ongoing projects.

Keep a
dedicated commitment and open mind to leaning new skills in CNC operating
equipment and support systems.

Performs
position in accordance with established quality standards.
