Job Location:    Elbow Lake Medical Center - ELBOW LAKE, MN

Position Type:    80 Hours Biweekly

Salary Range:    $41.18 - $51.22 Hourly


Description

This position is posted as a full-time role (80 hours biweekly); however, part-time arrangements may be considered. A sign-on bonus of $7,500 is available for candidates hired at 60 hours biweekly or more.



 



To provide quality Physical Therapy (PT) services to Elbow Lake Medical Center patients and contracting partners according to the State of Minnesota practice act. We are a hospital-based PT program servicing both inpatient and outpatients with a wide range of diagnoses. Populations served include pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups. 



 



Compensation:

Hourly Wage Range: $41.18 - $51.22. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications


Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities:




  1. Education/Special Skills: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy and maintain a valid Minnesota license.  Masters or Doctorate degree preferred.

  2. Current Healthcare Provider level CPR certification upon hire or must be obtained within 6 months.

  3. Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process required.

  4. Basic computer skills.
