What you'll do
- Build highly sophisticated agentic products to investigate complex financial crimes.
- Lead the technical designs and team charters.
- Operate as one team: own problems end-to-end, review each other’s code, and move quickly.
What you won’t do
- Bureaucracy. No 3-month approvals to launch a feature.
- Politics. No fighting other teams for headcount or scope.
- Build for the void. We ship what customers actually need.

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $160,000 – $200,000 per year.
