Assistant Manager – High Fidelity
High Fidelity is led by a passionate and creative team of Missouri-based entrepreneurs working alongside nationally recognized cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, and retail experts. High Fidelity operates licensed cultivation, manufacturing, and dispensary facilities across Missouri, producing high-quality medical cannabis products distributed throughout the St. Louis region.
The Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting daily dispensary operations, team performance, and customer experience. This position works closely with the Store Manager to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional service standards while helping lead and develop the dispensary team.
Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and shift leadership
Assist with training, coaching, and performance oversight of Cannabis Specialists
Ensure compliance with all state, local, and company cannabis regulations
Oversee customer and patient experience, resolving issues professionally and efficiently
Apply discounts, approve transactions, and assist with cash handling as needed
Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and accuracy checks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
Enforce security procedures and respond appropriately to incidents or emergencies
Step into management coverage when the Store Manager is unavailable
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Minimum of 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Experience in retail, cannabis, or regulated environments strongly preferred
Working knowledge of POS systems and inventory processes
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player
Must be able to pass a criminal background check administered by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services
