ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the operations of the properties to maximize revenue growth and ensure community performance
- Drives leasing performance and ensures all company benchmarks are met
- Interacts with owners of properties to provide excellent customer service
- Manages a team to carry out resident services, leasing, and maintenance coordination activities
- Develops strategies and executes action plans to align property goals with company goals
- Responsible for active team participation in all company programs and initiatives
- Exhibits Role Model behavior in customer service and professionalism
- Oversees community administrative and reporting functions; partners with Accounting Department to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepares and presents annual budgets for larger properties
- Adheres to the letter and spirit of Fair Housing and Employment laws. Ensures the same level of compliance from all team members.
- Partners with Human Resources in the recruitment and retention of quality employees
- Adheres to all risk and safety protocols and audits
- Drives the growth and development of the team through effective coaching and counseling techniques
Required Experience
- 4+ years experience in property management
- Proficient using property management software; experience with Entrata is a plus
- Customer relationship management experience
- Experience managing a team is preferred
