Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the veterinary field and will bring confidence, organizational skills, and a genuine passion for animal care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, checking clients and patients in and out, and managing records efficiently.
Assist with the care and comfort of dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds, ensuring their well-being during their visit.
Perform cleaning duties around the hospital to maintain a sanitary environment.
Collaborate with veterinary staff to support the smooth operation of the hospital.
Communicate clearly with clients about wait times and ensure that both clients and their pets are as comfortable as possible.
Follow instructions accurately and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years
Shift Schedules:
Monday - Friday 6:00pm to 12:00am
Saturday 1:00pm to 12:00am
Sunday 8:00am to 4:00pm/4:00pm to 12:00am
