PIM Brands, Inc. is seeking bright, eager interns for our R&D Department. We are looking for a R&D Intern in starting a career at our Park Ridge NJ location.



 



Overview




  • Develop product formulations and work on prototypes.

  • Test and define procedures and processing parameters.

  • Explore and test improvements in existing products.

  • Coordinate pilot plant trials and manufacturing scale up process.

  • Product testing; physical, chemical, analytical, sensory, and shelf-life testing.

  • Document technical information and prepare reports for trials.

  • Evaluate and approve ingredients.

  • Perform sensory and physical evaluation of weekly samples and creating the reports.

  • Working with food scientists to develop formulation and make new product samples.
