We’re searching for a friendly, motivated individual who’s ready to make a strong first impression for our dealership and support our team with professionalism and enthusiasm.

This part-time position requires flexibility to work weeknights and alternating Saturdays (10 AM – 3 PM). We’re looking for someone who can start right away and grow with us.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

 

You’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership, helping customers feel valued from the moment they walk in or call. Your responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls promptly, professionally, and with a positive attitude
  • Routing calls accurately and taking clear messages when needed
  • Greeting every customer with warmth and professionalism
  • Supporting the management and sales team with clerical tasks
  • Communicating effectively with team members to ensure customer needs are met
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all client and company information
  • Keeping customer areas and workspaces clean and inviting
  • Attending scheduled meetings and trainings to continue growing your skills
  • Upholding grooming and uniform standards
  • Following designated schedules for arrival, breaks, and departure
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

•         High school graduate or equivalent.

•         18 years or older

•         Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in state of residence

•         A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
