Full-Time | Nationwide Travel (100%) | Paid Training

Compensation & Benefits

  • $21+/ hour (based on experience)
  • $59 per diem for every overnight travel day

Position Overview

As a Traveling Service Technician, you will travel to customer sites, within and outside of the Colorado market, to perform a variety of maintenance services. Once trained, you’ll work independently while representing the company professionally in the field.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of Maintenance Services, including:
    • Food and Beverage Equipment Services
    • HVAC Coil Cleaning
    • Pressure Washing
    • General Facility Maintenance
  • Assist with site supervision, furniture removal/installation and commercial painting, as needed
  • Follow all company policies, safety standards, and PPE requirements
  • Prioritize customer needs while managing workload independently
  • Meet OSHA ladder safety requirements and work confidently at heights
  • Use company technology for work orders, reporting, and communication
  • Build strong customer relationships and consistently deliver A+ customer service
  • Maintain organization and upkeep of tools, equipment, vehicles, and warehouses
  • Operate and maintain a company vehicle while meeting safety performance standards

Required Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel overnight nationwide (100%)
  • Minimum age 25 (insurance requirement)
  • Valid state driver’s license (subject to continuous review)
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly
  • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather
  • Ability to safely work on ladders (must weigh under 275 lbs)
  • Ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
  • Must be able to travel up to 2 weeks at one given time
  • Willingness to assist with additional tasks as business needs evolve


Preferred Qualifications

  • HVAC Basic Services
  • Food and Beverage Equipment Services
  • Facility or Grounds Maintenance
  • Construction or Equipment Troubleshooting
  • Pressure Washing experience
  • Painting experience
  • OSHA 10 Certification (preferred, not required)


Work Environment & Schedule

  • Nationwide travel (100%)
  • Construction sites and customer locations
  • Indoor and outdoor work in varying conditions
  • Work location: On the road
  • Typical work week: 40–50 hours; work hours may vary based on project and customer needs and may include nights and weekends.
