Job Description
KVC Missouri Residential Facility 

Location: St. James, MO
Pay: 50,000 - 64,000 annually 

Job Summary

The Associate Director of Residential plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our residential programs. This position provides proactive support, guidance, and operational oversight to help drive program excellence and maintain a high standard of care for the individuals we serve. The Associate Director partners closely with internal teams to support staffing, quality assurance, and day-to-day departmental needs, while also assisting in the implementation of program initiatives and organizational priorities.

Education: Master’s Degree in Business and/or Human Services

Experience:

  • A minimum of five years’ experience working in a human services or related field.
  • Organizational, treatment, crisis management and public relations skills.

Major Duties: 

  • Provides supervision of Nursing Services Manager, Logistics Manager, Trainer, Food Services Manager and Administrative Assistants in the Residential Department. 
  • Identifies opportunities to maximize revenue, reduce costs, increase efficiency and diversify funding.
  • Assists Director of Residential Treatment Services and VP/CPO with program budget and plan. Serves as liaison to referral and collaborating agencies, multidisciplinary teams, state and local agencies and family courts.
  • Assists with program development, strategic planning and marketing strategies.
  • Ensures compliance with Joint Commission, KVC Missouri policy and procedures as well as program contracts and grants.
  • Monitors program outcomes, quality assurance, and improvement strategies.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
