Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our sales team, vendors, and staff while providing vital administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Essential Functions and Skills
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance such as but not limited to data entry and reconciliation, data analysis, maintenance of data archives and templates, coordination of appointments and meetings, reconciliation of expenses, management of calendars for various leaders, and note-taking and distribution
- Maintain training, onboarding, and event supplies; coordinate service requests and order materials as needed
- Prepare and ship outgoing correspondence and packages (USPS, UPS, FEDEX)
- Support internal events and meetings by preparing venue and materials before and after, coordinating logistics, ordering supplies, and securing any needed catering
- Provide support for special administrative projects and tasks as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
