So, what will the Digital Communications and Graphics Design Specialist Terrestris do?
As the Digital Communications and Graphics Design Specialist, you will be a key person for the I Corps Digital Communication & Graphic Design Services contract, supporting the I Corps Public Affairs Office in the planning, production, and assessment of digital communication activities that inform internal and external audiences, reinforce command messaging, and maintain awareness of the information environment. The position responsibilities include producing and/or managing digital media products and analytical insights that contribute to the commander’s communication objectives and reinforce themes and messages originating from I Corps, U.S. Army Pacific, and Department of the Army guidance. The Specialist provides technical and production support, relying on the Government for approval of messaging, content, and information release.
What does a typical day look like for the Digital Communications and Graphics Design Specialist?
You will:
- Support the I Corps Public Affairs Office in communicating command
activities, operations, and priorities through official digital platforms. - Produce digital communication products that deliver accurate,
timely, and relevant information to internal and external audiences. - Develop multimedia content that reinforces official Army and
Public Affairs messaging. - Distribute digital media products across approved social media and
communication platforms. - Increase public visibility and audience understanding of official
Army activities and operations. - Monitor audience growth and engagement metrics to assess
information dissemination and audience awareness. - Analyze audience sentiment and digital communication data to
evaluate public response and emerging topics. - Identify communication trends, concerns, and engagement
opportunities to support future communication planning. - Ensure all digital communication activities comply with
operational security and Army communication policies. - Support command communication objectives by maintaining effective,
accurate, and mission-focused public information efforts.
What qualifications do you look for?
You might be the professional we’re looking for if you have:
- Authorization to work in the United States permanently without
sponsorship. - A current / active Secret clearance.
- A minimum of (5) years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite,
Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X, Sprinklr, LinkedIn, and/or other emerging
social media platforms. - A minimum of (3) years of experience in public relations,
marketing, communications, or related field. - Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, communicate
effectively in person, by telephone, and by email. - Familiarity with Army and DOW regulations governing social media
and external official presence, including but not limited to: FM 3-61, Public
Affairs Operations; JP 3-61, Public Affairs; DODI 5040.5, Alteration of
Official DOD Imagery (6 June 2006). - Familiarity with the Department of War communication environment
and a basic understanding of military organization, customs, and operational
activities. - Past experience successfully coordinating with military units and
staff organizations to obtain information, imagery, and media for communication
products. - Track record applying operational security considerations and
other requirements to produce publicly releasable communication products in a
military operational environment.

- Completion of Army Operations Security (OPSEC) Training for
External Official Presence (EOP) Operators. - Army Social Media Handbook training.
- Prior TARP training.
