Job Description

TITLE: National Account Manager (NRC)

POSITION CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

DEPARTMENT: National Restaurant Chain

POSITION REPORT TO: Sales Leadership

SUMMARY: The National Account Manager is responsible for the implementation and execution of sales programs for restaurant accounts across the country in the U.S. while building and leveraging relationships with customers, vendors and broker partners to increase sales as well as strengthen relationships. We're looking for a candidate to drive large‑volume sales for our sous vide product line and food manufacturing programs. You'll own national account growth across premium and upscale markets and lead high‑impact sales strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a pipeline of large, multi‑location accounts.
  • Grow revenue profitably in national restaurant chains with 200+ units.
  • Sell sous vide and culinary manufacturing solutions to chefs, operators, and culinary leaders.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing, forecasts, and national onboarding.
  • Collaborate with culinary and manufacturing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and trade shows.

Experience:

  • 5–7 years of sales experience in upscale or premium foodservice markets.
  • Proven success managing very large annual sales numbers (multi‑million‑dollar sales track record required).
  • Experience with sous vide, culinary technology, or food manufacturing.
  • Strong relationship‑building and national account management skills.
  • Ability to travel 40–60%.

Preferred:

  • Experience with national restaurant chains or foodservice distributors.
  • Culinary background or hands‑on familiarity with sous vide.
  • Success in this role will be based on the strength of customer relationships and broker networks, depth of knowledge of the customer's goals and timelines, solid Cuisine Solutions product knowledge, and meeting monthly Cuisine Solutions sales targets.
