Ingredient Mixer Attendant.

The Ingredient Mixer Attendant- batter line is responsible for ensuring that the proper blend of ingredients is combined to formulate a consistent batter for application to the potato base product.  The person in this position monitors, evaluates and regulates mechanical operations and technical procedures to ensure a proper blend of ingredients is applied to the product. 

 
Accountabilities: Prior experience in a potato processing facility is a plus. 

  • Operates equipment related to the batter application on the batter fry line. 

  • Loads and unloads materials utilizing the forklift 

  • Performs preventative maintenance, diagnostic checks and routine adjustments on line equipment, follows maintenance schedules and procedures. 

  • Collects samples and inspects product for quality requirements. 

  • Responsible for cleanup activities on equipment and related areas. 

  • Insures sanitation practices and procedures adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices. 

  • Accurately completes required reports and records 

 

Qualifications:  

• Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 

• Must have ability to effectively present information before groups of customers or employees. 

• Must have ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
