Marketing Assistant

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Marketing Department with RFP/RFQ process as needed
- CRM entry updates
- Project data sheet creation/updates
- Calendar invites
- Personnel resumes
- Printing and binding of proposals
- Completion of required forms, as needed
- Proposal books, as requested
- Physical turn in, as requested
- CSP online turn in when needed
- Coordinate, set up & attend client public relation events to include but not limited to:
- Beam signings
- Topping out ceremonies
- Ribbon cuttings
- Ground breakings
- Order and distribute current client gifts
- Plan and execute internal company events
- Pogue Family Events
- Pogue Subcontractor Event
- Pogue All Team Event
- Pogue Christmas Party
- Construction Appreciation & Safety Week events
- Participate in tradeshows and industry networking events (may require some afterhours participation
- Create and distribute company signature lines for all Team Members
- Select, order & organize marketing materials, items for project sites, company events, client gifts, & Team Member gifts
- Manage Pogue E-Store
- Manage & organize all marketing files templates, project images & personnel headshots
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding responsibilities as they pertain to marketing
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPECTATIONS:
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign - Required
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat - Preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator - Preferred
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop - Preferred
- Highly motivated

- Contribute to team brainstorms as well as assist in special projects as needed
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- B.S. / Marketing or Design Communications Preferred
- A minimum of 2 years experience preferred
