Job Description
Job Summary:

The Visual Merchandising, Coordinator supports the creation, communication, and execution of visual merchandising strategies across U.S. retail locations. This role develops clear merchandising direction that translates brand vision into compelling, consistent, and easy to execute in store presentations.

 

This position partners closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager and cross functional teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Store Operations, to ensure all visual initiatives reinforce brand storytelling, elevate customer experience, and drive sales performance. The role contributes to seasonal floor sets, product launches, merchandising updates, and ongoing store presentation standards.



Essential Job Functions:
  • Support the development and execution of seasonal floor sets, product launches, merchandising initiatives, and visual updates across all retail locations.
  • Develop visual merchandising directives, store guides, and communication tools to ensure accurate and consistent execution in the field.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Store Operations to ensure visual direction aligns with brand strategy and business goals.
  • Participate in floor sets, merchandising updates, new store openings, and remodels to support hands‑on visual execution.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of business priorities to ensure visual direction reflects current selling strategies.
  • Support the creation of training materials and visual guidelines to help field teams execute visual standards effectively.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines


Additional Qualifications:
  • Background in toys, accessories, or lifestyle
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising, including product presentation, styling, display, and store layout.
  • Experience creating visual directives and store communication materials.
  • Ability to translate brand and product strategies into clear, executable in‑store presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel as needed for store visits, floor sets, and project support.


Education & Experience:
  • Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must have 5-7 years of experience in Visual Merchandising.


Pay Range:
USD $26.26 - USD $28.85 /Hr.
