We are a locally owned and operated family farm looking for a skilled full time "Farm Hand" to join our team.

Position:  Farm Hand, 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday, occasional over-time.  Longer hours are required during peak farming times.

Compensation:  $17.13/hr. or may be based on level of job description experience.

Benefits:  After 90-day probation period the following benefits are available.  Medical, Dental, Vision, may use accrued sick leave, Life Flight and 401K retirement plans.

Daily Job Duties/Essential Functions include but may not be limited to:

Tasks may include driving and controlling all farm equipment.  Possess all skills necessary for operating a combine to harvest grains and legumes from fields by adjusting height, speed and other functions of the harvesting machinery for maximum operating and efficiency.  Be familiar with all safety devices on the all equipment.  Have the ability to perform all routine maintenance on all machinery including re-fueling, greasing, cleaning filters, cabs and walk around inspections.  All tasks must be done to the safety standards of the position.

Candidates should have:

     collaboration with all team members and management.

  -  Be able to adapt to changing workloads and schedules.

  -  Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

  -  Must possess a desire and willingness to learn and improve.

Qualifications:

  -  Must possess a valid Driver's License.

  -  Pre-employment drug screening required.

  -  CDL Preferred.
