Summary
Partner Engineering and Science is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator (PC) to support quality control for ALTA Surveys. The Project Coordinator is critical to our process, reviewing survey deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with ALTA standards and client requirements before final delivery. This is an entry-level opportunity to gain exposure to commercial real estate, land surveying, and due diligence processes while building a strong foundation in quality, operations, and client service.
What You’ll Do
Review surveys for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with ALTA standards
Cross-check surveys against title commitments and project requirements
Identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies
Communicate findings clearly to internal teams and track resolution
Ensure deliverables meet quality expectations and turnaround timelines
Follow established processes and contribute to continuous improvement of the QC process
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and ability to review technical documents
Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy and accountability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Ability to learn internal systems quickly
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
Experience with document review and quality control preferred, not required
Familiarity with ALTA surveys or title documents is a plus, but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

COMPENSATION
Salary range is $20 to $22 per hour. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role.
The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
