We are hiring In-Home Support Staff (IHS) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. No experience required — we provide paid training!

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, patient, a self-starter, and enjoys helping others live independently!

Available Clients & Hours:

Male, West St. Paul (5 hrs/week) who enjoys music, thrifting, and building computers.
Male, St. Paul (5 hrs/week) who enjoys coffee outings, humor, and help with scheduling
Male, Brooklyn Park (12 hrs/week) who enjoys cars, rides, and community outings.
Female, St. Paul (6 hrs/week) who enjoys bowling and bingo and needs support with appointments.
Female, St. Paul (3 hrs/week) who enjoys technology support and community activities

Option to combine clients for full-time hours (30+ hours/week)

Requirements

18+ years old

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently

Background check required

Summary

Part-time and full-time opportunities available

Flexible scheduling based on client needs

Typical hours between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday–Friday preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support in the home and community

Assist with daily living tasks (appointments, errands, routines)

Support social and recreational activities

Encourage independence and personal goals

Maintain clear communication and documentation
