Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Software Developer to join our S2 Global team in Albania. This role will work closely with Line of Business (LOB) managers at S2, product teams at Rapiscan Systems, and IT Application Managers across OSI Systems. The successful candidate will support the development, deployment, and integration of S2 products, including CertScan and S2 University.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support software solutions aligned to business and customer requirements
- Work with internal users and customers to analyse requirements and propose technical solutions
- Support the design and rollout of S2 products and system integrations
- Participate in SCRUM meetings and communicate progress and risks clearly
- Contribute to enterprise-scale application development
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation

Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including C#, MVC, Entity Framework, and WebAPI
- Web development experience using HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, AJAX, and JSON/XML
- Database development using Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with code-first development approaches (desirable)
- Exposure to Azure cloud and virtual machine environments (desirable)
- Understanding of IT systems, networking, and application architecture

- Advanced conversational English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Well organised with good documentation practices
- Able to work independently and as part of a global team
- Security clearance required
- Ability to travel occasionally as required
