In this dynamic role, you will develop employee-centric experiences that drive innovation and improve productivity. This includes supporting our clients on their most advanced Workplace Experience opportunities and challenges such as demonstrating and maximising the value of GenAI technologies and M365 Copilot. You'll support leadership on client engagements and delivery, and you’ll assist with sales efforts, crafting client proposals and delivering presentations. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to advise clients at strategic levels
Provide big-picture and tactical guidance on technology-enabled business outcomes
Lead client engagements and teams to drive innovation, collaboration, productivity improvement, AI adoption at scale and be responsible for the project management and associated deliverables
Develop and evolve employee centric experience and organisation transformation strategies propositions and solutions.
Support the identification, development, and selling of workplace experience client propositions and pitch in response to market demand and digital trends.
Deliver sales presentations to clients and responding to RFPs aligned with Workplace Experience.
Assume a substantive role in the Advisory Practice with leadership qualities

Skills and Experience
Experience delivering and selling large, integrated workplace solutions
Solid consulting or advisory experience with a focus on client workplace and employee experience strategies.
Workplace solution experience should cover one or more of the following:
Digitally enabled collaboration and knowledge management – and supporting M365 technology and capability
Digital platforms to promote staff engagement
AI & Agentic governance, value realisation and adoption
Culture change & Workforce Impacts
Operating model and organisation design
Process automation and augmentation
