Position: Server
Location: In person required: 3714 E. Indian School Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85018
Shift: Morning, Day, Holidays, Weekends, and Saturday Nights (Mandatory)
Starting Salary: $12.15 plus Tips (tips out 3% to support staff and 10% to bar staff)
Expected Hours: 15 – 30 per week (Based on business needs)
Supervisory: No direct reports. Reports to Managers and Leads

- Kick off and wrap up each shift like a pro—handle side work with hustle, heart, and attention to detail!
- Keep a sharp eye out for signs of overindulgence, your awareness helps keep the good vibes flowing and everyone safe and smiling
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards with pride
- Bring the party—whether it’s a chill morning or a packed weekend rush
What We’re Looking For:
- You must be of legal age to serve alcohol—no exceptions, just celebrations!
- 2+ years of serving experience in a high-volume, high-energy restaurant
- Deliver upbeat, attentive service that makes every guest feel like the star of brunch
- Take orders with confidence, accuracy, and a smile
- Run food and drinks efficiently while keeping the vibe fun and seamless
- Anticipate guest needs and jump in wherever needed
- Maintain a clean, organized section and support the team during busy rushes
- Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to keep the energy high and the experience smooth
- Solid understanding of local and national alcohol laws, policies, and responsible service practices
- Comfortable speaking, reading, and writing in the primary workplace language—with basic math skills to keep tabs and tabs open!
- POS system savvy and fiscally responsible when ringing up those brunch favorites
- Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, loud, and lively environment—standing strong through every shift
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven by a genuine love for serving guests and vibing with the team
- Able to safely lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds (think kegs, cases, and brunch setups!)
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays—because brunch never sleeps!
- Must have a current Food Handler’s Certification and Title 4 Certification to keep things safe and smooth
