Job Description

Fujitsu Canada has a full-time, permanent opportunity for a Development Lead to join our innovative team supporting enterprise-scale Knowledge Management (KM) modernization projects. This role is ideal for a leader with experience in designing and implementing secure, scalable solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Azure, and AI-enabled frameworks.


Responsibilities



  • Lead the design and development of KM solutions using Microsoft 365 and Copilot integration.

  • Oversee implementation of DITA XML and document-as-code practices for structured content management.

  • Guide DevSecOps and Azure DevOps pipeline design for secure and automated deployments.

  • Architect and manage Azure cloud infrastructure for scalability and compliance.

  • Implement containerization strategies for microservices and distributed systems.

  • Integrate AI-enabled tools and frameworks to enhance KM capabilities.

  • Provide technical leadership in server-side programming and API development.

  • Ensure solution architecture aligns with security, compliance, and performance standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality KM solutions.

  • Mentor development teams and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.


Mandatory Skills



  • 5–10 years of experience in software development and solution architecture.

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Copilot integration.

  • Experience with DITA XML and document-as-code methodologies.

  • Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices and Azure DevOps pipelines.

  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and services.

  • Proficiency in containerization technologies and orchestration platforms.

  • Experience integrating AI-enabled tools and frameworks into enterprise solutions.

  • Advanced skills in server-side programming (e.g., Python, .NET, or Java).

  • Ability to design secure, scalable architectures for KM solutions.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.


Nice to Have Skills



  • Experience with multilingual and accessibility-compliant KM solutions.

  • Knowledge of advanced AI/ML techniques for content optimization.

  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures and cross-platform integrations.

  • Previous experience in regulated or government sector environments.

  • Must reside in the Gatineau area in Quebec.

  • Hybrid work arrangement — onsite at least three days per week, with additional days as needed.

Eligibility for Reliability Security status; minimum five years’ residency in Canada.
