As a Software Test Engineer, you will analyze requirements for testability, design, implement and execute test cases across Software Tests and Software Integration Tests.
YOUR TASKS Software & System Testing
execute test cases for embedded software at component, integration, and
software qualification levels.
protocols such as KWP2000, UDS, J1939, and
communication interfaces like CAN and LIN.
root‑cause investigations, and
collaborate with development teams for issue resolution.
stubbing, and debugging activities to support test automation and
simulation.
with safety and regulatory standards (e.g., IEC 61508, ISO 26262).
Test Environment & Toolchain Coordination
environments including HIL systems, simulation tools, test benches,
oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.
as CANoe, CANalyzer, WinIdea, HIL platforms, and proprietary
test automation frameworks.
development, including scripting and framework enhancements.
maintenance, and troubleshooting of test equipment and toolchains.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
embedded systems testing, ideally in the automotive domain.
in Software Test and Software Integration Test.
verifying in‑vehicle
networking protocols (KWP2000, UDS, J1939) and communication protocols
(CAN, LIN).
experience in requirement analysis, test case design,
execution, reporting, CAPL programming, and code stubbing.
experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other lab
equipment.
understanding of hardware/software interfaces, microprocessors,
and microcontrollers.

automation, including scripting and framework usage.
tools such as WinIdea, CANoe, CANalyzer, HIL systems, and other
automotive testing environments.
testing methods and safety-related standards (IEC
61508, ISO 26262).
certification are strong advantages.
