Role Overview



We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations Analytics & Support Manager India (GCC) to lead the India-based Operations Analytics and Emergency Response Division (ERD) Support function. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily U.S. field operations by ensuring accurate equipment tracking, telematics integration, operational analytics, cost tracking, billing support, and GIS enablement.



The role serves as the central coordination point between U.S. Operations, Emergency Response leadership, Equipment teams, Billing, and India-based support teams. You will lead a multi-skilled team of analysts and deliver high-quality, time-sensitive insights that directly support live emergency response operations.



Success in this role will require strong operational judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-impact environments.



 



Key Responsibilities



• Lead and manage the India-based ERD / Operations Analytics & Support team supporting U.S. field operations.

• Coordinate daily with U.S. Operations Directors, Field Supervisors, Emergency Response Division leaders, and Equipment Managers.

• Produce operational analytics on equipment utilization, inventory, load counts, volumetrics, productivity cycles, downtime, and field progress.

• Mentor and guide analysts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of outputs.

• Manage end-to-end equipment tracking and integrate telematics data from systems such as Samsara, VisionLink, and Qtanium.

• Diagnose and resolve discrepancies across GPS data, engine hours, movement logs, and operational records.

• Prepare data packages, dashboards, and actionable insights for U.S. leadership during active deployments.

• Support billing teams with GPS route verification, haul-distance validation, ticket reconciliation, and billing evidence.

• Build, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards, automations, and reporting tools.

• Develop, validate, and maintain GIS layers including polygons, buffers, haul routes, and operational zones.



 



Required Qualifications



Experience



• 8–10 years of experience in operations analytics, emergency response support, GIS, telematics, or equipment operations.

• Proven experience interpreting telematics data and troubleshooting tracking discrepancies.



Education



• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, or a related field.



Knowledge & Skills



• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation capabilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in ArcGIS, QGIS, and operational mapping concepts.

• Experience supporting field-based or global operations teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively across time zones.
