We are seeking an Optimization Analyst Lead who champions a best-in-class safety culture by serving as a subject matter expert for continuous safety systems improvement initiatives and makes recommendations on safety program tools and methodologies. Guided by our values of integrity, respect, initiative, and service, you will design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to optimize operations, streamline systems, and reduce costs. A great foundation in Human Performance principles and the ability to develop clear, effective SOPs, along with the training that brings them to life, will be critical in elevating our safety culture and ensuring consistent, reliable operations.
How You’ll Contribute:
- Develop and implement training programs that accelerate operator onboarding and skill development.
- Lead pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain clear training modules, assignments, and learning materials that support consistent performance.
- Assess maintenance team training needs through surveys and skill-gap analysis.
- Identify critical tasks requiring refresher training and establish structured, recurring training schedules.
How You’re Qualified:
- Twelve or more years' experience in operations analysis, process improvement, project management, business systems analysis or financial analysis or relevant experience.
- A degree in, business, economics, finance, computer science, information systems or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
How You’ll Stand Out:
- Experience developing and training others on Safety Standard Operating Procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to build task specific training modules that elevate operational consistency and safety.
