City Wide Facility Solutions – PEEL is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Night Operations Manager to oversee nightly facility operations across multiple commercial sites. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring janitorial and maintenance services consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
You will coordinate independent contractors, conduct quality assurance inspections, and resolve operational issues in real time during the night shift. As a Night Operations Manager, you will serve as the quality assurance lead across a portfolio of commercial buildings throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) - Bolton, Caledon, Brampton, Mississauga, selective areas of Oakville, Ontario. Each night, you will travel your assigned route, inspect facilities, and work directly with independent contractors to ensure service delivery aligns with contractual standards.
City Wide is a facility management company, not a service provider. We coordinate 50+ building services including janitorial, HVAC, floor care, window cleaning, and more, acting as a single point of contact for building owners. Your role is to ensure our contractor network delivers on those commitments.

Your Nightly Responsibilities
ü Conduct quality assurance inspections across assigned commercial properties
ü Verify independent contractor compliance with scope of work and service standards
ü Identify, address, and resolve service issues on-site during nightly operations
ü Perform detailed audits of lobbies, restrooms, offices, and common areas
ü Orient and guide new independent contractors on building requirements and expectations
ü Prepare and submit detailed nightly reports to the Facility Solutions Manager / Director of Operations
ü In certain situations, perform basic cleaning or corrective tasks on-site to address immediate service gaps, support contingency needs, and ensure uninterrupted client service delivery
