AMC Corp is looking for a high energy, positive FULL-TIME Shift Supervisor to lead our 3rd Shift Team!

DESCRIPTION:
This Manager would essentially have responsibilities similar to that of a General Manager, but for 3rd Shift ONLY.
Our Shift Managers ensure that everything is under control during their shifts. Typical responsibilities include overseeing all operations from greeting customers to the quality and speed of service our restaurant. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift, too

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor and provide adequate training to all employees
• Hiring additional crew/shift managers for 3rd Shift ONLY
• Cost Control-
o Labor
o Food Cost
o Cash Control
o Crew Retention
• Meeting Service Time Targets and Goals
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and handling customer complaints on the 3rd Shift
• Maintaining the restaurant’s Gold Standard cleanliness expectations
• Knowledge of equipment
• Proper delegation of responsibilities to crew members
• Provides an exceptional experience for all guests
• Ensure crew enjoys working at McDonalds
• Set a positive, professional tone for success
• Makes sure the crew represents the brand proudly & consistently


QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous managerial experience is required, ideally within a Quick Service Restaurant environment. We are looking for positive team leader with a 3rd Shift (overnight) availability.
*You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants*
• Ability to Read and Write at a 9th Grade Level
• Possess Basic Computer Knowledge
• Ability to count money and accurately give change
• Have a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Work and Lead as a member of a team
• Manage time effectively
• Hospitality knowledge and training
• Leadership Skills
• 6 months McDonald’s experience plus 6 months in food service Management
• ServSafe Certified - Preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position can be physically demanding. The employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 20 lbs. on a regular basis and do repetitive tasks with few breaks.
