We are looking for a Jewelry Repair Liaison Professional to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Accept jewelry for repair


• Assist sales team with customer orders


• Assist customers with concerns


• Facilitate delivery of merchandise to customers

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience


• Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
