What You'll Do:

• Oversee health information and medical records systems
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and HIPAA standards
• Maintain accurate and secure resident records
• Audit documentation for accuracy and completion
• Collaborate with care teams to support resident services
• Support electronic medical record processes and reporting

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of HIM or medical records experience preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
