Position Summary:
Provide administrative support to the Facilities Department. Duties include general, clerical receptionist and office coverage work.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties including but not limited to answering calls, greeting visitors, maintaining the supply closet, and filing.
- Office support including but not limited to making copies, filing documents, contacting contractors, setting up appointments, and purchasing materials and supplies for the Facilities managers.
- Providing coverage with the Avid invoice system, work order system, and 25Live scheduling system.
- Other duties as assigned.
