Patient is a sweet and resilient 14-year-old female living with quadriplegia and requires full-time nursing support at home. She has a tracheostomy and is ventilator-dependent. She also has a history of chronic respiratory challenges that require close monitoring and skilled care. She utilizes a gtube for nutrition, but does enjoy foods by mouth. Despite her complex medical needs, she is verbal, bright, and communicates well.

(* Note Family will train inexperienced nurses with vent and trach for day shifts)

Shifts Avail:
• Days: Every Other Sunday 7am - 7pm
• Eves: Monday & Wednesday 3pm – 7pm
• Overnights: Saturday 7pm – 7am

Payrates: $30 - $40/hour

Requirement: • Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
• Skilled in pediatric trach/vent care and respiratory management
