Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a Project Executive to join our fast-paced team, dedicated to managing and executing retail activation and implementation projects for a rapidly growing technology and appliance producer.

The Project Executive will coordinate project tasks for our clients – i.e. multiplication of concepts that have been already developed and approved. They brief, coordinate and check the output of all teams involved, to ensure that each project (complete store, shop-in-shop or range of displays) is set in our ERP system, planned properly (checking floor plans and aligning with client expectation), fixtures assembled, picked + packed, delivered and installed in the proper destination in the required quality and time frame.

Our Project Executives are organized, attentive to detail, good communicators, and team players as you will be working closely with other internal teams – Production, Assembly, Warehouse, Logistics and Installation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and timelines
  • Take detailed briefs from our client in conjunction with your Account/Project Manager
  • Coordinate campaigns and implementations from briefing to delivery
  • Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge
  • Quickly respond to changes and challenges, maintaining a flexible and proactive approach
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Acting as the right hand to Project Managers or Account Managers to ensure smooth delivery of the task through all the project phases
  • Setting up project details in the ERP system
  • Keeping track of the internal process and checking in to ensure everything is happening in accord with the expected timelines (production, warehouse processes, transport and the final installation of the stores)
  • Project tasks reporting - regularly reporting on project status, inventory and project-specific issues quickly and with proposed solutions, providing live visibility of the status of all projects
  • Troubleshooting and handling of claims - identifying and solving issues with effective solutions while exceeding clients' expectations
  • Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies

 

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Experience in client services, project management, retail development, logistics or business administration
  • A basic understanding of technical drawings and/or ERP systems would be a benefit
  • Organized, efficient, and structured to work with a large volume of information
  • Dedicated and focused on outstanding client service
  • Stress resistant and able to focus under time pressure
  • Ability to multi-task many things at once
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Advanced level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a must
  • Advanced English is a must-have
