Key Accountabilities
- Prepare required food items for the next day.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Ensure the compliance with HACCP standards.
- Prepare and plate menu items according to the established guidelines and procedures.
General Requirements
- Enthusiastic about cooking.
- Basic knowledge of stocks and sauces.
- 1-2 years Apprentice experience in 5 star hotels or equivalent restaurant establishments.
- Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude
