Our innovative approach challenges us to think creatively, deliver smarter solutions, and create more engaging work experience for our employees.  Above all, we put safety first—on every site and in every setting—to ensure the well-being of our team and partners.

At IMC Construction, our Assistant Superintendents are hands-on field leaders who help keep projects organized, safe, and moving forward. You’ll work closely with the Superintendent and project team to support daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is completed according to plan.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems in real time, and is looking for flexibility to grow into a variety of career paths within the organization.

Support Quality & Workmanship: Assist in monitoring construction quality and ensuring all work meets project requirements. Maintain familiarity with drawings, specifications, and project documents to support proper execution.

Reinforce Safety Standards: Work with field leadership to uphold IMC’s “Safety First” culture. Support site safety efforts, including orientations, inspections, and reinforcing safe work practices across all trades.

Track & Document Field Activity: Assist with daily reports, manpower tracking, material logs, and general field documentation. Maintain accurate project records, including as-built information.
