Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility, including budgeting, staffing, and resident care
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement care plans that promote positive outcomes and quality of life
• Manage and coordinate activities, programs, and services to enhance the resident experience
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in long-term care administration or a related field
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
• Passion for delivering exceptional care and service to residents and their families

Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $150,000 annually
