Do you thrive working in a fast-paced environment? As a Recruiter on the Talent Acquisition team, you will have a keen eye for identifying talent, genuine passion for networking, top notch organizational skills, and the ability to work well and collaborate in a team environment.

Below are some of the responsibilities of a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Recruiter:

  1. Work daily in the applicant tracking system posting jobs, evaluating applications to ensure they meet position requirements and moving candidates into the required status steps.
  2. Extend job offers.
  3. Conduct and perform review of initial background checks.
  4. Facilitate group and walk-in interview sessions, attend offsite career fairs and assist with Potawatomi Casino Hotel career fairs.
  5. Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and identify strategies to expand applicant pools.
  6. Work with and develop partnerships with colleges, technical schools, workforce agencies and community partners in order to build talent pipelines.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need:

  1. Associate’s degree.
  2. Two years of high-volume, fast paced recruiting experience in a large organization.
  3. Prior experience working in an applicant tracking system.
  4. Strong organizational skills, the ability to interact with all levels within the organization and be able to collaborate with others to achieve desired business results.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related subject.
  2. Experience in reviewing criminal background information as it pertains to substantial job requirements.
  3. Strong candidate sourcing techniques.
  4. Human Resources Information System (HRIS) experience.
