- Configure, operate, and troubleshoot complex test equipment and instrumentation, particularly in Radio Frequency (RF) and communications environments.
- Meticulously collect, manage, and process all test data, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and accurate documentation.
- Provide real-time data analysis during test execution to ensure test objectives are being met and identify potential anomalies or failures.
- Draft comprehensive test reports that summarize performance, identify deficiencies, and provide data-driven recommendations for engineering remediation.
- Provide input into the systems engineering documentation, such as requirements, test verification methods, and evaluating system models.
- Automated Test Engineering:
- Design and write executable code (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or C++) to automate complex test sequences, specifically targeting Radio Frequency (RF) performance and signal integrity.
- Build automated data acquisition frameworks to streamline the collection of telemetry and sensor data during high-tempo test events.
- Develop software tools for automated data analysis, enabling rapid assessment of system suitability and effectiveness against technical KPIs.
- Ensure the integrity and traceability of all collected data, maintaining meticulous records for audit and qualification purposes.

Experience:
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in the Test and Evaluation (T&E) field, specifically supporting DoD or ruggedized industrial system testing.
Skills:
- Expertise in writing executable code for test automation and automated data processing.
- Direct experience developing Verification Test Protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Strong technical proficiency in the Radio Frequency (RF) spectrum, including antennas and communications equipment.
- Familiarity with the structure of DoD T&E documentation (e.g., TEMP/TES, Test Plans, Test Reports).
- Prior experience within a Department of Defense Acquisition System (DAS) program or Middle Tier Acquisition (MTA) pathway is highly preferred.
