Job Description



This is a remote position.

  • Zoho Management : Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho applications, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Zoho support teams as needed.

  • SOP Creation : Develop and update detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training manuals to streamline processes.

  • Client Management : Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the team, resolving issues, and ensuring a 5-star customer experience.

  • IT Support : Handle various IT tasks beyond Zoho, including general troubleshooting and system performance monitoring.

  • Data Management : Maintain accurate data and documentation for IT and administrative tasks.

  • Customer Feedback : Conduct post-service surveys and follow up for client reviews and testimonials.




Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.

  • Strong expertise with Zoho applications.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to create and maintain documentation and knowledge bases.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
