What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and manage the flow of the drive lane with professionalism and enthusiasm
Ensure every guest receives prompt, courteous, and high-quality service
Take ownership of the customer experience from start to finish
Provide concierge-level support, both in-person and over the phone
Communicate clearly about recommended services, timelines, and next steps
Maximize technician productivity by effectively distributing work
Ensure daily technician hours are fully utilized and sold
