What You’ll Do

  • Welcome customers and manage the flow of the drive lane with professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Ensure every guest receives prompt, courteous, and high-quality service

  • Take ownership of the customer experience from start to finish

  • Provide concierge-level support, both in-person and over the phone

  • Communicate clearly about recommended services, timelines, and next steps

  • Maximize technician productivity by effectively distributing work

  • Ensure daily technician hours are fully utilized and sold
