We鈥檙e looking for someone who can not only price work accurately, but also understands how plumbing systems are designed and built in the field.

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring a Residential Plumbing Estimator to support high-volume new construction projects across Florida.
We鈥檙e looking for someone who can not only price work accurately, but also understands how plumbing systems are designed and built in the field.
- Prepare plumbing estimates from plans and specifications
- Perform material and labor takeoffs
- Develop plumbing isometrics and gas riser diagrams
- Identify scope gaps, design issues, and cost risks
- Coordinate with operations to ensure estimates align with field execution
- Experience estimating residential plumbing
- Ability to read construction plans and specs
- Proven ability to create plumbing isometrics and gas riser diagrams
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods
- Experience with production homebuilders
- Knowledge of Florida plumbing/gas codes
- Competitive, based on experience
