About the Role

As a Recruiter at Flow, you will lead full-cycle recruiting across Technology, Growth & Revenue, Design & Construction, and G&A functions. Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers, you'll own sourcing strategies for niche and technical roles while delivering an exceptional candidate experience — and play a key role in scaling our organization.

We believe employees are better together. Every position at Flow has an onsite or in-office requirement. This role is based full time at Flow's Miami HQ in the Bay Harbor Islands, FL.



Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate and technology functions — defining requirements, building sourcing strategies, and designing interview processes aligned to hiring goals
  • Partner with stakeholders to align on headcount priorities, resolve roadblocks, and share recruiting insights
  • Leverage agentic AI tools, Lever ATS and various sourcing platforms to optimize processes and reporting for scale
  • Promote interviewing best practices that strengthen candidate experience and hiring decisions
  • Build tailored closing strategies that manage candidate expectations around compensation, growth, and culture


  • Ideal Background
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting for corporate or engineering roles in high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to source at volume for technical and niche roles and engage top-tier talent
  • Moves quickly and effectively through every stage of the recruiting process
  • Self-motivated and resourceful — takes ownership and finds creative solutions with minimal direction
  • Strong communicator who can advise and partner with hiring managers on best-in-class recruiting
  • Synthesizes recruiting data into actionable insights and executes initiatives autonomously
  • Experience at an early-stage startup preferred
