Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous high-volume, full-service restaurant experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others and promote a teamwork atmosphere.
  • Ability to train, mentor and develop team members so that they can be set up for complete success.
  • Stable track record and work history in previous positions.
  • Must be dependable, reliable and a motivated individual.
  • Experience in budgeting and food/labor cost control with the ability to achieve profit objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service standards.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights and weekends).
  • The schedule for this role is predominantly mids and closing shifts.
