Job title: Marketing Manager, Brand Incubation and Omnichannel, HCP

About the Job:
The incumbent would be responsible for working on incubating strategic brands, identifying future growth platforms for these brands and driving digital HCP agenda. The person partners cross-functionally to shape early-stage brand strategy, accelerate product development, and build omnichannel ecosystems that influence both consumers and healthcare professionals.
Main Responsibilities
1. Strategic Brand Incubation
- Identify white spaces, emerging consumer and HCP needs, and long-term opportunities for future brand creation.
- Build differentiated brand positioning, architecture, and purpose for strategic brands in incubation.
- Define multi-year strategic roadmaps that integrate innovation, evidence generation, and omnichannel engagement.
- Collaborate with R&D, Insights, Medical, Digital, Regulatory, and Supply to drive early concepts toward feasibility and readiness.
2. Identify Future Growth Platforms
- Continuously map macro trends, evolving consumer behaviors, scientific innovation, and category disruptions.
- Identify and size future “platforms” (e.g., immunity, digestive wellness, metabolic health, skin health, sleep, hormonal wellness, stress & vitality) where brands can credibly play long-term.
- Develop frameworks linking platform attractiveness with brand equities, innovation pipelines, and future product archetypes.
- Validate platforms through insights, data analytics, and medical/scientific consultation to ensure they are future-fit and scalable.
3. Omnichannel Strategy & Engagement
- Design and lead the omnichannel strategy for HCP engagement for strategic brands.
- Develop a modular, always-on content ecosystem including detailing, CLM modules, MOA videos, scientific decks, infographics, email automation, webinars, and CME programs.
- Partner with Medical and Regulatory to ensure accuracy, scientific rigor, and compliance across all HCP-facing content.
- Track omnichannel KPIs and run continuous optimization using analytics, message testing, and behavioural insights

- MBA in Marketing or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare
- Proven experience in brand incubation, innovation, or early-stage brand building.
- Experience in HCP marketing, medical collaboration, or omnichannel digital engagement preferred.
