Hiring Immediately – Kona Ice Team Member

Kona Ice of Central Santa Rosa is a mobile Hawaiian shaved ice and fundraising company. If you enjoy making people happy, working independently, and being part of a fast paced, upbeat environment, we’d love to meet you!

Team members begin each shift at our warehouse preparing and stocking the Kona Ice truck for the day. You’ll drive to scheduled events throughout the community, serve shaved ice, handle cash transactions, and communicate professionally with customers and event contacts. This role requires independence, responsibility, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while creating a fun experience.

At the end of the shift, you’ll return the truck for cleaning, restocking, and closing duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a large vehicle and working independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self motivated
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Able to lift 25–40 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Weekend availability preferred
• Able to work alone and make decisions confidently in a fast paced environment
• Positive attitude and genuine ability to create a fun, welcoming experience for customers
