We are seeking a highly experienced BIM/CAD professional with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Revit and AutoCAD Plant 3D. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering complex design projects, preferably within multinational environments and water/wastewater treatment facilities.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in BIM/CAD design, with strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Plant 3D.
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in multinational project environments.
  • Prior involvement in water and wastewater treatment facility projects is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and execution plans.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software including Navisworks.
  • BIM Modelling certification is a plus.
  • Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and project management capabilities.
  • Able to work independently and support BIM team initiatives.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and solution-driven.

Job responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit (BIM).
  • Develop and manage BIM models across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Prepare schematic, isometric, detailed, layout, and sectional drawings.
  • Lead BIM implementation and ensure adherence to BIM standards across project teams.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate  with consultants and engineering teams to resolve design challenges.
  • Conduct clash detection and generate clash-free models.
  • Review and validate drawings and models for accuracy and compliance.
  • Apply deep practical knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD Plant 3D in daily tasks.
